These Terms of Service apply to your use of memini, including the iOS app, Android app, and meminiapp.com website. By accessing or using memini, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use memini.

Who Operates memini

memini is operated by Connor Quigley. Questions about these terms or the app can be sent to support@meminiapp.com.

What memini Provides

memini is a vocabulary memorization app for studying common words and tracking practice progress. The app is intended for personal learning and educational use. memini does not guarantee any specific learning result, language proficiency outcome, test score, or educational credential.

Accounts and Guest Use

You may use memini as a guest or create an optional account. Guest data is stored on your device and may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, replace your device, or otherwise remove local app storage. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and not to access another person's account or data without permission.

Privacy

Your use of memini is also covered by the Privacy Policy, which explains how memini handles account information, study progress, app settings, and support messages. You can read it at meminiapp.com/privacy.

Your License to Use memini

Subject to these terms, memini grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You do not own the app or its software, content, design, trademarks, or other materials.

If you download memini from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license terms unless a separate custom license is required by Apple. If you download memini from Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use memini for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to access another user's account, data, or device
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer memini or its backend services
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of memini except as allowed by law
• Use automated systems to scrape, attack, or misuse memini or its services
• Submit support messages or other content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes another person's rights

User Content and Feedback

If you send support messages, bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant memini permission to use that feedback to operate, troubleshoot, improve, and support the app without owing compensation to you. You are responsible for the content you choose to send.

Third-Party Services

memini may use third-party service providers, such as Supabase, to provide authentication, database, and backend services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. memini is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Paid Features

memini does not currently require a paid subscription to use the app. If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, any additional pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and will be subject to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider.

Changes and Availability

memini may change over time. Features, study content, supported languages, and account functionality may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. We may also update, pause, or discontinue memini or parts of it at any time.

Termination

You may stop using memini at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to memini if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk or legal exposure, or misused the app or its services.

Disclaimers

memini is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, memini disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, memini and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use memini.

Legal Compliance

You are responsible for using memini in compliance with laws that apply to you. You may not use or export memini in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or other legal restrictions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of memini after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
