Delete Your memini Account

memini supports optional accounts. If you created an account, you can request deletion from inside the app or by contacting support.
Delete Your Account In The App
To delete your memini account from the app:
- Open memini and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings using the gear icon.
- In the Account section, choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion warning.
This deletes your memini account and synced progress associated with that account. The action cannot be undone.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app or cannot sign in, email support@meminiapp.com from the email address associated with your memini account and ask to delete your account.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before deleting it. We will make reasonable efforts to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Account deletion removes:
- Your memini account record
- Your synced vocabulary progress and review history
- Your synced app settings and daily study session data
We may retain limited records where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or support history.
Guest And Local Data
If you use memini as a guest, your study data is stored on your device. You can remove guest data by using Reset all progress in the app settings, deleting the app, or clearing app data on your device.
